People buy kilowatt-hours. Sites trip on kilowatts.
A manager remembers "261 kWh" because the number is tidy. Then three process motors, a compressor and a dryer start together. The converter that looked fine on the quote drops out. The line still stops.
That is why KRL Power publishes three outdoor liquid-cooled classes. One cabinet size does not cover every yard.

Keep that second table. It is the whole argument in six rows.
Power, then energy, then the ports
I size in this order.
Power that must stay up when the grid dies or the tariff spike hits. How long that signed load must run after usable-energy deductions. Whether solar and diesel have to land on the same cabinet.
Flip the order and the quote looks cheap. Handover gets expensive.
B261L, B522L and B2M6L all list battery liquid cooling, a diesel port, and on/off-grid switching under 10 ms. Shared lines do not pick the cabinet. 125 kW, 250 kW or 750 kW / 1000 kW does. So does the PV rating glued to each class.

2.1 hours is arithmetic
261 / 125 is about 2.1 hours.
522 / 250 is about 2.09 hours.
1.5 MWh / 750 kW is 2 hours. 2 MWh / 1000 kW is 2 hours.
Published energy divided by published power. Usable time is shorter.
Four cuts come off the nameplate before anyone should promise hours:

A 90 kW running log is the next trap. Steady load is a different number from starting current. Direct-on-line motors bite harder than a soft starter or a VFD. Three machines starting together can take a 125 kW converter off the board even when the lunch-time trace looked comfortable.
Same warning at 250 kW. Same warning at 750 kW and 1000 kW.
All three product pages cap altitude under 2000 m. Higher than that, ask for derating in writing.
Walk the feeder first
Three site shapes keep coming back. They are not project case studies. They are the questions a measured feeder usually produces.
One process line, 80-110 kW running, motors staggered. B261L is the first screen. Confirm start method. If two dryers can still bump together, finish that review before locking 125 kW.
Two lines plus compressors, 140-180 kW when they overlap. B261L power is already short. B522L is the first screen. Energy may still look like "one 261." The converter is the constraint.
Whole hall, 400 kW and up, or several hours of hold. Stop forcing yard cabinets. Open B2M6L and name the exact model. Parallel B261L or B522L stays inside published counts. Civil work and EMS are a different job from one plant package.
If the protected list keeps growing in the meeting, class is still open. Sign one feeder first.
What actually differs on the three sheets
Liquid cooling is on B261L, B522L and B2M6L. PCS cooling is listed as intelligent cooling. Only B261L publishes cell temperature difference within 3 °C. Leave that sentence on the B261L page.
Shared published window on all three product pages:

- Switching: under 10 ms
Under 10 ms comes from the PCS and the changeover path. Coolant does not create it. A diesel set still needs seconds. In those seconds the signed load either rides on the battery or it drops.
Solar input is the split people skip.

Diesel port: yes on all three.
Then weight. This is where a cheap quote becomes an expensive crane.

A pad poured for 2.6 t will not hold 19.5 t. That shows up on the crane invoice.
Two B261L cabinets are not a B522L
This shortcut keeps turning up in shopping lists.
B522L is 250 kW / 522 kWh. Two B261L cabinets add to 250 kW / 522 kWh on paper. The sheets still diverge.
- B261L maximum AC current is 189 A. B522L is 375 A on one converter.
- B261L PV is 120 kW per cabinet. Two cabinets reach 240 kW only if both PV inputs are used and the roof is split.
- B261L parallels to 10. B522L parallels to 6.
- Mass: 2 x 2600 kg versus one 4900 kg cabinet. Two pads, two lifts, two sets of cable.
Two B261L cabinets fit a site that grows as two feeders. One B522L fits one feeder that already needs 250 kW. Price them as different machines.

B261L: one feeder, 125 kW, solar and diesel already on the box
Use B261L when the protected feeder stays inside 125 kW after the start review, and the signed outage still fits 261 kWh after reserve.

PV and diesel are already on this cabinet. A second vendor does not need to invent those ports later.
Night-shift plants often like this class because the signed list is short: PLC, selected motors, lighting, one compressor. The usual miss is adding the whole hall after the cabinet is already on the truck.
B522L: the 125 kW box ran out
Move here when several loads need 250 kW at the same moment, or 261 kWh cannot cover the outage.

Charging yards often land here for a different reason than factories. Two DC chargers plus site house load can sit above 125 kW even when daily energy still looks modest. Power class first. Energy second.
B2M6L: a yard cabinet is the wrong first drawing for a plant
Two published models:
- KRL-B1M5L-750H3S-720M6-HX1: 750 kW / 1.5 MWh, 720 kW PV, 6 MPPT, about 15 t
- KRL-B2ML-1MH3S-960M8-HX1: 1000 kW / 2 MWh, 960 kW PV, 8 MPPT, about 19.5 t
The collection title says 1-2 MW / 2-6 MWh. Orders should use the exact model string.
Maximum AC current is 1130 A or 1500 A. Switching stays under 10 ms. Diesel port stays on the sheet. Battery cooling stays liquid.
This class belongs on multi-feeder plants, long hold times, or a yard already drawn around a 20 ft footprint. A 980 mm-wide outdoor cabinet pad will not carry that current or that mass.

What the cabinet should do tomorrow morning
Grid to EMS to the KRL cabinet that was actually bought to the feeder that was signed.
Diesel covers the long night. Solar uses the PV rating of that class.

Five misses that look cheap on day one
Buying kWh and ignoring kW. 261 kWh does not start three motors.
Treating nameplate hours as delivered hours. 2.1 hours is arithmetic. Write usable AC kWh at the meter.
Copying B261L's 3 °C line onto B522L or B2M6L. That sentence lives on the B261L page.
Pouring one pad for every class. 2600 kg, 4900 kg, 15 t, 19.5 t.
Leaving PV and diesel as "later." The ports are already on the published sheets. If the roof or the generator is real, size the class against those ratings now.
Before money moves
One cabinet carries the battery, liquid cooling, PCS and EMS.
Certificates on the public site: UL / CE / IEC / UN38.3. FORM E is listed. Files should follow the serial number.
Handover can use published numbers. Under 10 ms is on all three pages. The 3 °C map is on B261L.
Missing from the public tables: معدل C versus ambient, coolant type, leak trip, isolation valves. Those belong in the project file.
