They are not the same machine. HVAC moves heat with aisle air. A liquid loop moves heat at the pack. Transfer time, PV rating and the diesel port sit on the electrical sheet. When measured demand leaves that class I open the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krlpower.com\/bess\/522kwh-250kw-solar-storage-diesel-microgrid-cabinet-an-industrial-grade-energy-hub\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color:#046bd2\">KRL 522 kWh \/ 250 kW solar-storage-diesel cabinet<\/a><\/strong>. Uneven heat means the hottest group limits power and ages first. That is cell behaviour. Intake modules see cooler air. Downstream modules see warmer return air if the duct map fails. Daily cycling makes that gap wider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a64296c auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a64296c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Liquid cooling uses a closed coolant loop on the battery. The B261L page states cell temperature differences stay within 3 &#xB0;C. Holding container air at a set point does not prove the hottest cell sits inside that band.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50fd6009 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50fd6009\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Switching under 10 ms comes from the PCS and the changeover path. Coolant does not create it. PV input and the diesel port are electrical interfaces too. KRL prints them on one sheet. In that window the signed feeder either stays up or it drops.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dee83f1 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2dee83f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">B261L accepts up to 120 kW of PV and includes a diesel port. B522L lists up to 6 cabinets, subject to system design. B2M6L is listed at 1-2 MW \/ 2-6 MWh. Capacity should be added after the next feeder is measured.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc123ffd auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bc123ffd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The public site also lists 98.5% all-DC coupling efficiency, 6000+ deep cycles, UL \/ CE \/ IEC \/ UN38.3, and FORM E origin documents. 98.5% is DC coupling efficiency. Treat it as that. Cycle life still needs DoD, temperature and end-of-life terms in the contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2a1fbfe auto-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2a1fbfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Where air-cooled HVAC remains acceptable<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d03a5a7b auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d03a5a7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Air cooling works where ambient is moderate, duty is light, land exists for HVAC, and filter access is planned. On a hot yard that cycles every day I treat it as a weak default. Outdoor air shrinks the air-to-cell gap. The pack then limits power to protect the hottest cells.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73b9b1f4 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"73b9b1f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">KRL does not publish an air-cooled derating table on these product pages. I will not invent one. The liquid-cooled sheets give operating windows: B261L from -10 &#xB0;C to 55 &#xB0;C, B522L from -30 &#xB0;C to 55 &#xB0;C.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6ac05f3 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a6ac05f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Maintenance hours are unpublished too. Air systems need coil and filter work. Liquid loops need coolant checks and leak detection. Write the service plan from the architecture. Do not assume a monthly interval.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c692ac22 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c692ac22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Long outages still need diesel. The cabinet covers transfer and events inside usable energy. The generator covers events beyond that window. Simple drawing. It needs airflow volume, filter area and HVAC footprint.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14c41b56 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14c41b56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Liquid path: coolant through the battery cooling circuit, then rejection at a chiller or liquid-to-air exchanger. Branch flow has to be balanced. A starved branch recreates a hot corner. Flow scheme, leak trip and isolation valves are not on the public B261L table. They belong on the project datasheet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7ce4cd4 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d7ce4cd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">KRL places that loop in a cabinet that already carries PCS, BMS, EMS, PV input and a diesel port. Thermal design and hybrid control arrive together.
